Add Subscribers

To add a subscriber or a list of subscribers, first, click on Topics from the GovDelivery Dashboard. 

Choose your Topic from the list. If you do not have a topic list, see an Account Administrator. The list below is NOT all-inclusive. 

 

Click on Subscribers on the right-hand side. 

You can add emails individually or bulk upload them via a CSV file. 

 

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and check the box that says you have a lawful basis to add or update this information.

Click Save. 

Remove a Subscriber

Using the GovDelivery Dashboard, click on Subscribers.

 

Search the email for the email address you wish to remove. Click the checkbox next to the name and then Delete Subscriber.
