Many LSTA-funded programs require a standard survey from IMLS. When we complete the State Program Report for all grants awarded within a grant year we include these surveys to provide proof of assessment. This is an important part of grant accountability and assessment. Was your program successful? How valuable was it to attendees?
If you have an LSTA-funded program for the general public or for library staff we would like a survey conducted. You may tailor one of the IMLS surveys to meet your needs but the essential questions on each survey need to be asked, please. For the final grant report that is required for all LSTA grants, you may include your statistics as part of the final report.
